- In 2006, Anand College of Pharmacy was established to diversify into other areas of education.
- By 2005, the first of its kind Faculty Development Institute was set up in the Greater Noida Campus.
- Between 2005 to 2008 few more colleges were added into the group under different disciplines like Hindustan Institute of Dental Sciences, Hindustan Business School, Hindustan Institute of Technology, HAERT, and Hindustan Institute of Allied Health Sciences & Research.
- With a view of providing health facilities to the population, a 1200 bed Multi-speciality Corporate Hospital named as Sharda Hospital was set up in 2006 in the 63 acre campus in Greater Noida.
- In 2001, Mr. P.K. Gupta was bestowed with the Udyog Ratna award and a year later with the Uttar Pradesh Ratna award.

I am delighted to share with you the establishment of Sharda University Agra, an institution that carries forward the esteemed legacy of the Sharda Group's world-class education. With the approval of the State Government through an act of the State Legislature of Uttar Pradesh (12 of 2019), we have laid a strong foundation for our university's journey.
Our vision for Sharda University Agra is clear and ambitious. We aim to make Agra a global hotspot for learning, research, innovation, and entrepreneurship. With our rich heritage and the support of our dedicated faculty and staff, we are committed to providing an environment that nurtures academic excellence, fosters innovation, and promotes entrepreneurial spirit.

Shri Pradeep Kumar Gupta has revamped the way education is imparted in educational institutions across India. He has also established Sharda Hospital in 2005 to provide hi-tech medical care at affordable cost to everyone. Going beyond boundaries, Sharda University established its rstoverseas campus at Andijan, Uzbekistan.
As the Chancellor of Sharda University, I have both the opportunity to provide forward-looking leadership and to ensure that Sharda becomes a model of excellence in education for the country in the years to come. Shri Gupta is one of the founders of Education Promotion Society for India (EPSI) and also its past President. The Hon'ble President of India nominated him on the Board of Governors of National Institute of Fashion Technology.
