Celebration World Pharmacist Day 2024

Sharda School of Pharmacy, Sharda University Agra, organized a grand celebration for World Pharmacist Day on 25th September 2024, under the theme, "Pharmacists: Meeting Global Health Needs" The event was held under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Jayanthi Ranjan, Vice Chancellor of Sharda University, and Prof. (Dr.) Umesh Kumar Sharma, Dean of Sharda School of Pharmacy.

The honorable guest for the occasion was Shri. Subal Shyam Prabhuji, a revered preacher from Chandrodaya Vrindavan Mandir. His presence added a spiritual dimension to the event, highlighting the integral role of pharmacists in global health improvement.

Various competitions, including a Notice Board Preparation and a Street Show, were organized to engage students and faculty members in showcasing the importance of pharmacy in the healthcare sector. These activities also fostered creativity and teamwork among the participants, bringing forth innovative ideas.

The cultural aspects of the event were coordinated by Dr. Vasundhara Saxena, Cultural Head. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, creating a vibrant and interactive atmosphere.
