Faculty Development Program (FDP) on the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Sharda University, Agra, was successfully held on 18th November 2024. The program aimed to equip faculty members with a comprehensive understanding of the NEP 2020 and its transformative impact on higher education.\

The event was graced by the presence of Prof. (Dr.) Jayanthi Ranjan, Vice-Chancellor, Sharda University, as the Chief Patron, and Prof. (Dr.) Sachin Kumar Srivastava, Director of IQAC, as the Patron. The FDP featured Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Dixit, Vice-Chancellor of Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner, as the Guest of Honor. Dr. Dixit, a prominent academic and Chairman of UGC's Expert Committee for drafting Learning Outcomes-based Curriculum Frameworks, provided invaluable insights into the practical implementation of NEP 2020.

The FDP served as a platform for meaningful discussions on how educators can align their teaching methodologies with the NEP 2020 framework to foster a more inclusive and innovative academic environment. The event concluded with a renewed commitment to implementing these transformative reforms, ensuring that the university remains at the forefront of educational excellence.
