SSP organized a Seminar and Hands-on Training Program on Extraction Techniques of Herbals

Sharda School of Pharmacy (formerly Anand College of Pharmacy, Agra) organized a Seminar and Hands-on Training Program on "Extraction Techniques of Herbals" at Dr. Radhakrishnan Hall on March 13, 2024. The event aimed to enhance the knowledge and practical skills of students and staff members in the field of herbal extraction techniques.

Prof. (Dr.) Kashmira J. Gohil, Dean emphasized on the critical importance of the topic due to its expansive interdisciplinary relevance across various fields, urging the audience to recognize its profound implications.

The seminar featured a talk on Extraction Techniques of Herbals, led by Dr. Rekha T Rajput, Associate Professor and HoD (Pharmacognosy) who covered various aspects of herbal extraction methods, their applications, and recent advancements in the field.

The event allowed students to apply practical aspects of theoretical concepts to update their technical skills.

The convenors, Dr. Rekha T Rajput and Dr. Vasundhra Saxena ensured the smooth conduction of various activities.
