Leadership Session on the Kargil War by Col (Retd) Gaurav Dimri

Human Resource Department of Sharda University-Agra organized a Leadership Session on the Kargil War for the faculty and staff members. The resource person for the event was Col (Retd) Gaurav Dimri, Director HR, Sharda Group. Col (Retd) Dimri, a retired Indian Army Strategist Planner, has over two decades of experience in elite organizations of repute.

The event was inaugurated by the Vice-Chancellor of Sharda University Agra, Prof (Dr.) Jayanthi Ranjan. During the session, Col. Dimri provided deep insights into the Kargil War, discussing its backdrop, the actual events, the valour shown, the outcome, and the lessons learned.

The session was highly engaging, and the participants appreciated the valuable insights provided by Colonel Dimri. They had their questions about the Kargil War answered, making the session fulfilling and informative. The event was convened by Mr. Vaibhav S. Bharti and coordinated by Mr. Kamal Singh Karakoti and Mr. Azim Ahmad Khan. We are thankful to all deans, faculty & staff to join the session.
