Sharda School of Business Studies successfully organized a workshop on "Mental Health: Prevention of Depression and Suicidal Tendencies" under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Sachin Kumar Srivastava, Dean, SSBS and the visionary leadership of Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Jayanthi Ranjan.

The workshop featured Dr. Ashok Singh, Social Scientist from the Institute of Mental Health & Hospital, who shared valuable insights into the symptoms of depression and the importance of being vigilant towards the mental health of those around us. As he emphasized, it is time for society to open up and break the stigma around mental health issues.

This impactful event successfully raised awareness on this vital issue, aligning with SDG 3 - Good Health and Mental Well-being.
