SSP Organized Guest Lecture on National Pharmacy Education Day

Sharda School of Pharmacy, Sharda University Agra, successfully organized a Guest Lecture on the occasion of National Pharmacy Education Day on March 6, 2025. The session, titled "Challenges Faced by Early-Stage Pharmapreneurs in the Creation of New Ventures," provided valuable insights into the evolving pharmaceutical landscape and the entrepreneurial challenges within the sector.

The event was held under the esteemed leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Jayanthi Ranjan, Vice-Chancellor, Sharda University Agra, and Prof. (Dr.) Umesh Kumar Sharma, Dean, Sharda School of Pharmacy. The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Jisha Gopi, Associate Professor, CETSOM, Trivandrum, Kerala, who highlighted key barriers faced by aspiring pharmapreneurs, including regulatory hurdles, funding constraints, market competition, and innovation challenges.

Students, faculty members actively participated in the interactive session, gaining valuable perspectives on pharmaceutical entrepreneurship, business strategy, and industry trends. The lecture concluded with an engaging Q&A session.
