Successful Pre-BOS Meeting of Anand School of Engineering & Technology

The Board of Studies (BoS) meeting convened on June 1, 2024, at Anand School of Engineering and Technology, Sharda University, Agra (ASET-SUA), was a significant forum for academic and strategic discussions. Chaired by the esteemed Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Jayanthi Ranjan, alongside the Registrar Prof. (Dr.) Masudul Haq Wani, Dean Prof.(Dr.) R.Swaminathan, the meeting witnessed the active participation of internal and external experts.
Dean Prof.(Dr.) R.Swaminathan elucidated on the comprehensive array of programs offered by ASET-SUA, encompassing B.Tech streams in ECE, EE, CSE, Biotechnology and Computer Applications. Department Heads further presented the program structures, providing insights into the curriculum and learning outcomes.
External expertise enriched the discourse with contributions from luminaries such as Dr. D. P. Kothari, Professor and Chairman of the Board of Governors at THDC Institute of Hydropower Engineering and Technology, Tehri Dehradun, and Dr. V. Prempyara, Professor Emeritus at Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, Dr. Kishore V. Krishnan, Scientist-C at CERT-In, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, and Mrs. Keerthana, Director of Jet Aerospace Drone Hub. The agenda encompassed diverse themes spanning academia, industry, and research, fostering collaborative efforts towards educational excellence and innovation. Insights shared by Dr. Prabhat Sharma, Associate Professor at VNIT Nagpur, Dr. Abhilasha Singh Mathuriya, Scientist D/Joint Director at MoEFC, New Delhi, Dr. Vinay Kumar Singh (Professor, LPU, Punjab) , Dr. D. K. Chaturvedi (Professor, Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra ) ,Dr. Amaresh Kumar Sahoo (IIIT Allahabad) added depth to the deliberations.
