Three day AICTE approved Faculty Development Program

Sharda University Agra proudly inaugurated a three-day AICTE approved Faculty Development Program (FDP) today, focusing on Universal Human Values. This program aims to enrich faculty members with essential principles that foster ethical, compassionate, and holistic education.

The FDP was inaugurated by Prof. (Dr.) Jayanthi Ranjan, Honourable Vice Chancellor Sharda University Agra and distinguished speakers and observer from AICTE. The inauguration ceremony featured insightful addresses from Prof (Dr) Sachin Srivastava, Dean SSBS, Dr. R K Jain, Convener -UHV Cell and Dr. Jyoti Kulshreshtha, Program Coordinator of this FDP highlighting the importance of integrating human values into academic frameworks to enhance teaching methodologies and promote a more inclusive and empathetic learning environment.

The FDP will cover various aspects of universal human values, including ethics, integrity, and social responsibility, providing participants with the tools to incorporate these principles into their professional and personal lives.
