Dr. Srivastava has four decades of experience in teaching, administration, training, and research in many universities. He has been involved in Erasmus+ teaching for Italian teachers in Malta. Dr.Srivastava is a certified management trainer from HumaNext; a US based premier management training and consultancy organization and he has conducted training programs in India, UAE, Malta, and other countries of Europe in managerial soft skills for Government and Industry professionals. He haspublished one book and 16 research papers in reputed journals. His specialization area is Marketing, Human Resource Management and Communication.
Currently, Dr. Srivastava is working as Professor, College of Business, in American University of Malta.
