Dr. Jyoti Kulshreshtha is Ph.D. in Behavioral Sciences from Barkatullah University , Bhopal. She is the recipient of Radha Kamal Mukerji Memorial Award for Young Social Scientist. She is in the teaching profession from last twenty four years and actively participated in more than 55 national and international conferences and FDPs. She has about 12 publications in national and International Journals, including chapters in edited books and one published book on industrial Relations. She supported various training programmes related to leadership & management and organized many lectures on spirituality , human values etc. She is permanently associated with Indian sociological Society and Indian social Science Association. Currently she is working as an Assistant Professor at Anand Engineering College( SGI).Her area of specialization are Human Values, Sociometry, inclusion & exclusion, psycho-social aspects of architectural design, leadership, management and presentation skills. She was also associated with ICSSR (MHRD) for two years and completed the project related to Sociometry .
