Dr. Phadnis has Industry, Professional & Academic (Teaching) Experience of over 40 Years in Law & HR Domain. Dr. Phadnis worked with Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur (www.imtnagpur.ac.in) as Fulltime Regular Professor of Business Law (Legal Aspects of Business) and Human Resource Management (HRM) from May 2004 till June 2022 for 18+ years. He was also Head of HR & Administration at IMT-Nagpur. Presently he is Visiting Guest Faculty at IMT-Nagpur, Dept. of Management Science (PUMBA) Pune University, Govt. Officers Training Institute YASHADA Pune & MLS program of MILS Mumbai University teaching HR & Law Courses.
Dr. Phadnis was a Practicing Industrial Labour Law Advocate and a Corporate Consultant in HR & Labour Law domain from 1990 to 2003. He worked with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. as HR Manager from 1983 till 1989. He was a Visiting Faculty for HRM & Law Courses at many reputed Management & Law Institutions since August 1983 before joining IMT-Nagpur in May 2004.
Dr. Phadnis teaches courses on Legal Aspects of Business (Business & Corporate Law), Business Ethics, Corporate Governance, Human Resource Management, Legal Aspects of Employment (Industrial Labour Law/New Labour Codes), Industrial Relations, Compensation Management, Consumer Law, Cyber Law, Intellectual Property Law, Environmental Law, Projects, Constructions & Infrastructure development related Laws.
Dr. Phadnis holds Ph.D. and Masters Degree in Business and Industrial Labour Law and Masters Degree & Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management & also Post Graduate Diplomas in Training & Development, Cyber Law & Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs).
Dr. Phadnis is recipient of Best Teacher (2010) & Best Professor (2014) Awards in Human Resource Management conferred by Hindustan Unilever & Dewang Mehta Business School. He is Ph.D. Guide & Examiner of Mumbai University & on the Board of Studies (BOS) of Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL) Pune & Raisoni Group of Institutions. He is also Life Member of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) and Alumnus of MILS Mumbai MLS 1983 batch.
Dr. Phadnis offers Professional Services as Legal Advisor, HR Consultant and MDP Trainer in Law & HR domain. He offers Training & Consultancy Services in Behavioral/Soft/Interpersonal Skills, New Labor Law Codes, New Consumer Law, POSH Law etc. (based at & out of Pune)- Online & Off-line.
