Dr. Srijith Sreenivasan leader with strong experience in Business Excellence and Software Engineering. Presently as Global Director of Continuous Improvement at Schneider Electric, I lead the transformation of Product Development in R&D division of Industrial Automation business globally based on Agile principles. Previously as Director of Business Excellence practice at KPMG, I led transformational client engagements improving KPIs such as agility, customer satisfaction, productivity, cost optimization, quality, and on-time delivery. I owned the P&L for my portfolio and was responsible for business development, solution design, operations, and team management. I have global exposure in leading and executing client engagements. I have published research articles and spoken in industry conferences on several topics in Engineering and Business Excellence.
