Rich experience in Contracts Management, Infrastructure both remote area for industrialization as well as Textiles Clusters, National Security, Statutory Compliances, Dispute/ Conflict Resolution, international cooperation including drafting conventions/ protocols, host country agreements with regard to setting up of international centres inter alia including the Intellectual Property Architecture, disseminating procurements process in UN System, management of development of North East, implementation of schemes, ensuring compliances with judicial orders, pronouncements. With regard to Water sector, on account of Surpeme Court directions Textile Parks and dyeing and embroidery units in Rajasthan closure on account of water contamination by dyes/ as well as in Tirpur in Tamil Nadu, and as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Textiles was closely associated with framing of packages for rehabilitation and revival packages compliant to judicial pronouncements. Gujarat Eco Park (Textiles) park was also evaluated by me for Government of India contribution, besides several textiles parks and textile processing units in Surat.
During his tenure in Government of India he had been Government Nominee Director in National Handloom Development Corporation, British India Corporation Kanpur, Central Cottage Industries Corporation, New Delhi, and Member of Textiles Committee Mumbai
