Paper Presentation Guidelines & Rules
1. Eligibility
Open to Students, Researchers, Faculty members, and Professionals working in AI and related domains. Papers can be authored individually or in teams (maximum of 4 authors).
Publishing & Indexing
Peer-reviewed, selected, and presented papers will be published in the Journal of Emerging Technologies in Engineering and Biotechnology (JETEB).

3. Submission & Selection Process
- Abstract Submission: Participants must submit a 250–300 words abstract summarizing the research problem, methodology, key findings and implications.
- Full Paper Submission: Selected abstracts will be invited for full paper submission (4-6 pages in IEEE/ACM format).
- Review Process: Papers will be evaluated by a technical committee based on originality, research depth, clarity, and impact.
- Acceptance Notification: Shortlisted papers will be notified via email.
4. Presentation Format
- Each presenter/team will get 8-10 minutes to present their paper, followed by a 2-minute Q & A session.
- Presentation slides should be clear, concise, and visually engaging (max 10-12 slides).
5. Judging Criteria
- Relevance & Novelty: 20%
- Technical Depth & Accuracy: 20%
- Presentation Clarity & Structure: 20%
- Impact & Future Applications: 20%
- Q&A Handling: 20%
6. Code of Conduct
- Papers must be original and free from plagiarism (max 10% similarity allowed).
- AI-generated or unethical content is strictly prohibited.
- Professional decorum must be maintained during presentations.
7. Awards & Recognition
- Best Paper Award: INR 5000
- Peer-reviewed, selected, and presented papers will be published in the Journal of Emerging Technologies in Engineering and Biotechnology (JETEB), the official journal of our university.

Paper Submission Link:
AI & Cybersecurity Conclave 2025 welcomes original, full-length research contributions from engineering students, research scholars, academic institutions, R&D organizations, and industries worldwide. Submissions, including both research papers and review articles, should not exceed six pages and must be formatted according to the IEEE template. Manuscripts should be submitted electronically in DOC or PDF format via Easychair SUBMIT HERE. The event will be conducted in hybrid mode, allowing both in-person and virtual participation.
