Poster Presentation Guidelines & Rules

• Eligibility: Open to students, researchers, and professionals working in AI and related fields. Posters must be presented individually.
• Poster Categories:
  • Machine Learning & Deep Learning
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Computer Vision & Image Processing
  • AI in Healthcare & Medicine
  • AI for Smart Cities & Sustainability
  • Ethical AI & Responsible Innovation
  • AI in Robotics & Automation
  • Other AI-related Innovations
• Poster Specifications:
  • Poster Size: At least A3
  • Orientation: Portrait or Landscape
  • Title: Minimum 72 pt
  • Headings: Minimum 32 pt
  • Body Text: Minimum 24 pt
• Presentation Format: Each presenter will get 5–7 minutes to explain the poster, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session.
